Deluxe Courtyard King Rooms

What time can I check into Cotton Court?
Check-in time at Cotton Court is 3:00 PM.
What is the check-out time at Cotton Court?
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be offered as an add-on when confirming your reservation for a nominal fee; requests are handled by the front desk on the day of check-out and can’t be guaranteed. The latest check-out available is 3:00 PM. After that, an additional night may be charged.
How many guests can I have in my guest room?
King guest rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Double-bedded rooms accommodate up to four. Suites accommodate a maximum of four. Celebrations or parties exceeding these limits are not permitted.
Does Cotton Court allow pets?
Cotton Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. A non-refundable pet fee and pet waiver are required at check-in. Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome; emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are subject to pet fees and waivers.
Does Cotton Court offer parking?
Complimentary self-parking is available based on availability; all vehicles must register. Valet parking is available for a fee of daily and overnight, plus tax, and is complimentary for guests of Midnight Shift Restaurant. Cotton Court is not responsible for damage, theft, or items left in vehicles; claims for valet damage must be reported before the vehicle leaves the property.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour gym access, and concierge service from the front desk.
Does Cotton Court offer free Wi-Fi?
Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms. Dedicated Wi-Fi can be provided at an additional cost for events in our meeting space.
Do the guest rooms have refrigerators or microwaves?
All guest rooms include a full-size non-locking SMEG refrigerator with a fully stocked honor bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages plus snacks available for purchase. Should you need the honor bar removed before or on arrival, an additional fee may apply. Microwaves are not included in guest rooms.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Breakfast is not complimentary, but an array of delicious breakfast options is available at our on-site restaurant, Midnight Shift Restaurant & Bar.
When do I need to cancel to avoid a penalty?
Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. One night’s room and tax is charged if a reservation isn’t cancelled within that window. Non-refundable and pre-paid reservations are excluded from this policy.
