911 may be reached directly from the guest room phone. The front desk staff is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Cotton Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. We welcome a maximum number of 2 pets per room, with a limit of 50 pounds each. Pets are restricted to certain areas of the hotel. With the exception of authorized service animals, pets are not allowed inside the Midnight Shift, fitness center, meeting rooms, or the swimming pool. Advance registration of your pet is required.
